Our Quality Guarantee

We promise that your items will arrive in perfect condition. If they are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace them for free.

How to Request a Replacement

If something isn’t right with your order, here’s what to do:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at team@underwearformen.shop within 2 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damage or problem (JPEG or PNG format)
  2. We’ll Review Your Claim: Our team will evaluate your request and may ask for more details if needed.
  3. Get a Replacement: Due to the intimate nature of our products (underwear), we do not offer returns or replacements for hygiene reasons or errors in size selection. It is the customer’s responsibility to review our Size Guide, which is available on every product page, before finalizing the purchase.
  4. Sole Exception: Replacements will only be considered for items that arrive damaged or defective from the manufacturer. These cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence).

Refunds

All sales are final on all merchandise due to the intimate nature of our products. BlackLine does not issue refunds for purchases based on customer error, including but not limited to: incorrect size selection, change of mind, or shipping delays.

The only exception where a refund will be considered is if a replacement is unavailable for an item that was confirmed to be damaged or defective from the manufacturer.

If your claim meets the criteria under the “Sole Exception” clause, and an equivalent replacement product is unavailable from our print provider, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
