Overview

This policy details the processing times, shipping costs, and delivery expectations for orders placed through Blackline. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process for all customers.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

Processing time refers to the internal time required to prepare, quality check, and package your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email, including your tracking number, will be sent immediately after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs & Pricing

All shipping costs and applicable sales taxes are calculated and included in your final price at checkout. There will be no hidden fees upon delivery.

We offer various shipping rates based on the total weight and size of your order. Expedited options, if available for your items and location, will be presented during checkout.

International Orders

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees that may be levied by their country’s customs agency upon arrival. Blackline is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Estimated Delivery Times (Transit)

Delivery time is the estimated time it takes for the package to travel from our shipping facility to your address, after the initial processing period. Estimated Transit Time (After Processing) 7 – 21 business days.

Note: These are estimates. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs inspections.

Important Notes & Liability

Address Verification & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • Contact us immediately at team@underwearformen.shop if you discover an error in your address.
  • We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have entered the fulfillment stage.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Once the tracking confirms that the package has been successfully delivered, Blackline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    • Lost or stolen packages must be reported to the carrier and to Blackline within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date to initiate a claim with the carrier.
